Once your Mega Media Xchange® is open, you'll have the continuing guidance, consultation and support of our senior management to ensure that the business is up and running quickly and efficiently and that any problems or queries are resolved immediately and satisfactorily. Franchise Owners operate as a network with the benefit of accrued knowledge and experience of other Mega Media Xchange® stores. Franchise Owners meet regularly with Mega Media Xchange® management to discuss current ideas, sales trends and product mix.
The distribution of regular benchmarking reports on key store variables gives Franchise Owners insight into how their store is performing compared to other Mega Media Xchange® stores. From these reports, Franchise Owners are able to identify shortcomings and develop solutions to improve store performance.
We operate in a market place that uses software and equipment that is constantly evolving and changing. It is imperative that our franchisees are at the forefront of these new technological advances.
