Support During the Opening Process
As you join the Mega Media Xchange® family, we will support you in the following areas.
- We will advise you on available appropriate channels to take to acquire the financing needed specific to your situation.
- We will offer assistance in developing your business plan.
- Our Mega Media Xchange® site selection expert will make an initial visit to work with you and your real estate broker to assist in finding the best location for your store. After preliminary site approval is received our site selection expert will do a final on-site approval. Once a site is chosen, we will assist you with the negotiation of the lease terms and conditions. The Franchise Owner signs the lease directly with the landlord. You must obtain your own legal advice prior to entering into any lease.
- We will provide training for you and up to two other people at our training store. Our training courses are a mix of practical in-store experience and classroom learning. A broad range of topics are covered.
- We will provide the necessary inventory to initially stock your store.
- Your Mega Media Xchange® Technical Advisor will work closely with you during the build-out of your new store location and provide you with a detailed plan for the fixtures and equipment. They will assist with the ordering of the fixtures, equipment and inventory and help with the merchandising of the product. These will be scheduled to arrive at your location, ready to be installed and in place for your store opening.
- We offer assistance in the interview process, as you look to staff your new store.
- A Store Opening Coordinator will be on hand for the opening of your new store to guide you through the uncertainties associated with the opening of your own business.
